Change Font in MIUI 8 [without root]

Here is the Guide to Change Font in MIUI 8 without root!

   Xiaomi has launched MIUI8 ROM with many new features but their is some thing missing in this ROM. Yes, the latest version of miui rom does not provide the option to change the font style. So, here is the guide to change the font style in the MIUI 8.

   Follow the easy steps : 

1. First of all download these two files: 1. QuickShortcutMaker_link 2. iFont_link 
2. Then install both apps. Open QuickShortcutMaker app and scroll down, find "Settings" marked with  "com.android.settings" under Heading.
   
   
   
3. Tap on "settings" then new list will be open, in that list find and Tap on heading "Settings" with sub-heading "Font".
   
4. Tap "Tap to change label" change it to "Font" and Tap on "create" then new shortcut will be created.
   
5. Then open iFont app, choose your font, download it, now see the upper side. Their will be option named "THEME" tap it. Press ok, again press ok.
   
6. It will redirect you to the themes app, tap on offline and see at the last.. tap on import
   
7. Now go to miui>theme folder, your font will appear here, select font and tap ok.
   
8. Now all set, just open the shortcut which we have made.
9. Two options are there, "system font" and "text size" choose system font and choose your font and reboot phone.
   
10. You have now changed the font style.

If you get errors like "error 402" then go to this link and log in with your mi account which is in the phone. Fill the form with your real name and real photo alse your request will not be accepted. Then wait for the confirmation mail for the xiaomi. after accepting request, you can now change the font of your device.
