Whatsapp Will Not Work On These Phones After 31 December 2016!!

Whatsapp will stop working in these older phones after 31 December 2016

  Whatsapp, the most popular messaging app platform has already announced that they will end the support for Whatsapp Messenger on the following mobile platforms : 

• BlackBerry OS and BlackBerry 10
• Nokia S40
• Nokia Symbian S60
• Android 2.1 and Android 2.2
• Windows Phone 7.1
• iPhone 3GS/iOS 6

The reason behind dropping support, Whatsapp's official blog stated - 

They (mobile platform) don't offer the kind of compabilities we need to expand our app's features in the future.

    So, If you are still using the mobile phones of the mentioned platforms then you will not able to use the Whatsapp Messenger on these phones after the 31 december. To continue using whatsapp you will need to upgrade the phones.
